What's included

Our packages are designed to make organising your wedding day easier than ever before!

Food, Drink, Venue, Accommodation – all included, in one easy to understand price. With our new packages you know immediately what the major costs for your wedding will be so that you can get back to enjoying your engagement together.

Each package includes:

Exclusive use of the venue for your ceremony, reception, wedding breakfast & celebrations
Accommodation in our charming farmhouse for up to 14 guests
Use of the romantic Honeymoon Lodge for the married couple
Delicious wedding breakfast options. Choose from:
• A 3-course meal
• A 2-course meal plus mouthwatering canapés during your reception
Evening food – a choice of delicious hot snacks

Two dressing rooms on-site
All tables and chairs for your ceremony and wedding breakfast
Cake knife & table
Full drinks package including reception drinks, drinks with your wedding breakfast and a glass of sparkling wine for the toast
Your own wedding manager on hand all day to ensure smooth running of your day from start to finish
Ample parking for all your guests

All prices include VAT
An initial booking fee of 25% to Houchins is due on booking
£500 deposit to the caterer on booking
Each package is for a minimum of 50 or 70 guests
Additional day guests will be charged @ £90 per adult & /or £30 per child

Houchins is located in Essex, just 1 mile east of Coggeshall, with direct access from the A120. It is approximately 15 minutes from Colchester and Braintree.
